Terms and Conditions

 

New Bookings

  • All new bookings must complete the booking questionnaire prior to attending their first sessions. This is to ensure that you have chosen the correct sessions for you and your dog. The booking questionnaire will be sent to you at the time of booking.

Payment

  • All sessions must be paid for prior to attending. Refunds will not be given except in exceptional circumstances.
  • We accept payment by cash or bank transfer.

Session Attendance

  • Please inform us if you are going to be absent for a session. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer alternative sessions (except in exceptional circumstances), but we will happily provide you with the notes from the session plan.
  • If your dog is ill or in season, please do not attend the session for the welfare of all. Please advise us you will not be attending so alternative arrangements can be made.

Group Session Bookings

  • If you are booking a block of 4 group sessions, please check you are available for consecutive dates as we are unable to provide individual week refunds or rescheduling between sessions.
  • Any continuation of group sessions must be booked at least 2 weeks prior to ensure availability. Any booking of group sessions after this time may not be guaranteed a place.

Welfare and Behaviour

  • The welfare of your dog is paramount, and we will provide ongoing evaluations to assess whether group sessions are right for your dog. You may be asked to consider 1-to-1 sessions as a more suitable arrangement.
  • We do not allow the use of chains, extending leads, slip leads, or figure of eight leads whilst in training sessions.
  • All owners are responsible for the overall behaviour of their dogs and are required to follow all instructions given by the trainer. We reserve the right to remove you from the group for any unacceptable behaviour.
