“Many thanks to Lorna for helping me with lead training. My dog is a big puller. Lorna helped me to understand that giddiness and excitement is part of his breed, so it will take a lot of time and patience to get him to focus on me on the way to the park. She pointed out a couple of things that I wasn't doing quite right and showed me ways of correcting them (all done kindly, without making me feel stupid).
